Gemma constantly amazes me with her capacity to wear so many hats and take on many varied tasks at once. She applies strong organisational skills and attention to detail to all that we throw at her, such that I feel confident that nothing will fall through the cracks. Further, she demonstrates initiative and critical thinking and will offer solutions to issues we hadn’t noticed were there. She improves our work greatly. I feel she enhances our level of professionalism with her precision in editing. Having her take care of our content allows me to relax a great deal, knowing everything we hand to her is so well tended to. Also, she is simply a pleasure to work with.
